Regulations/Regolamento
• to exempt TBKART srl, the Race Officials, the track owner, all persons involved in the organisation and anyone else who, in any capacity, collaborates in the organisation and promotion of the race, from any and all liability and/or damage that may arise from their participation in the race itself, as well as their drivers, employees or property;
• to undertake, during the competition, to use protective safety clothing and a helmet approved in accordance with current regulations and to comply with the sporting rules and specific regulations of the event, exempting TBKART srl, the Race Officials, the track owner, all persons involved in the organisation and anyone else who, in any capacity, collaborates in the organisation and promotion of the race, from any and all liability and/or damage that may arise from their participation in the race itself.
• to be mindful of their own safety and that of others
• to have read and comply with the regulations in force at the host facility (racetrack, track, karting track, mini-track, etc.) available on the official website of the Facility and at the Race Management office, as well as the regulations relating to safety in the workplace
• Accept this form as approval of the data processing methods, specifically and expressly for the processing of data pursuant to European Regulation No. 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/03 and subsequent amendments and additions, and expressly consent to the communication and dissemination of your personal data pursuant to the same Law;
• To unconditionally approve, pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the Aci Karting Sporting and Technical Regulations, the IRK PROMOTION Sporting Regulations and the Specific Race Regulations.
Finally, the undersigned declares:
that compensation for any damage caused directly or indirectly:
l) to structures, karts and equipment
2) to other drivers and their vehicles
3) to third parties, whether spectators or members of the organisation.
will be entirely and exclusively at their own expense, relieving TBKART srl of any liability in relation to the occurrence and verification of the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, and indemnifying the same companies from any claim for damages that may be made against them by third parties for the reasons mentioned above;
•to grant TBKART srl authorisation, without remuneration, to use photographs, videos and other material relating to my participation in the event for informational, promotional or editorial purposes.
Processing of personal data: I hereby authorise, pursuant to Article 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the processing and communication of my personal data within the limits and for the purposes related to the organisation of the race, as well as for promotional and informational purposes or for the return of editorial material related to it. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 1341 of the Civil Code, I hereby expressly approve the following points: 5. and 6. (disclaimer).
