The partecipant declares to exonerate IRK Promotion S.S.D. a R.L., TBKART Srl,the circuit, the Stewards and any other person involved in the organization and promotion of the event, from any responsibility and/or damage deriving from his participation to the event, as well as the other drivers, employees or goods.
