RGMMC asserts its copyright on all photos / films taken during any event organised / promoted by RGMMC. Any Person - Photograph operating in the paddock and/or the track must first be registered with RGMMC office. It is prohibited for any party operating in the paddock and/or track to publicise his/her company/logo with stickers on karts or buildings.

Declaration

I declare that I am over 18 years of age and agree to act, at all times, in accordance with the instructions of officials of the RGMMC organised event. I further declare that I understand that all motor sport is potentially dangerous and I agree to accept that risk on my own liability. Specifically, I acknowledge that no action claim or demand shall be entertained by RGMMC arising from my conduct during this event. Accordingly, I agree not to sue for any loss, injury, costs or damage of any form or type, howsoever caused or arising, and whether directly or indirectly from my participation in this event. This undertaking extends to RGMMC, its officers and personnel, the track owners or lessees, promoters, sanctioning bodies, racing associations or any subdivisions thereof, and any others who give directions recommendations or instructions. This applies to all such parties whether personal or corporate.
